Welcome to Onlymypick. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). In these Terms, "Onlymypick," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Onlymypick online store, and "you" and "your" refer to the customer or visitor using the Services.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, as well as any product-specific terms clearly disclosed before purchase. A separate warranty applies only where one is expressly offered.
By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
You may not use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, or in a manner that violates the rights of others.
We may reasonably restrict access, suspend accounts, or refuse or cancel orders when necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, misuse of the Services, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
2. Products and Services
Onlymypick is a multi-category online store. Products may include home, lifestyle, personal accessories, practical gadgets, outdoor items, and other goods. Our product range may change frequently, and no particular category or product is guaranteed to remain available.
Before purchasing, please review the applicable product page, including descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, color or variant selections, what is included, care instructions, warnings, restrictions, and any product-specific conditions.
We aim to present products accurately. However, display settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing batches, and minor product updates may create differences between online images and delivered items. These explanations do not excuse a product that fails to match its description or your applicable legal rights.
3. Product Selection and Intended Use
Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or safety warnings supplied with them. Please confirm that the size, specification, quantity, and selected variant are suitable for your intended use before ordering.
Where a product has special requirements, limitations, or safety information, these should be reviewed before use. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about the information shown on a product page.
An incorrect customer selection is not, by itself, a product defect. Eligible change-of-mind returns may still be available under our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Third-Party Products, Brands, and Trademarks
Onlymypick may sell or describe products manufactured or supplied by third parties. References to third-party brands, product names, logos, or trademarks are used to identify products or describe their intended uses where appropriate.
Unless expressly stated, such references do not mean Onlymypick is affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially authorized by the relevant brand owner. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it appears on our website.
5. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information, and other website content accurate and up to date. Errors or omissions may nevertheless occur.
Where permitted by law, we may correct errors, update product details, or cancel an order affected by a material pricing, inventory, or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable payment to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
6. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability
Prices and currencies are displayed on product pages and at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be presented as required before the order is placed.
Prices, promotions, discounts, bundle offers, and stock availability may change, subject to applicable law and any terms disclosed for a promotion. A product appearing on our website does not guarantee that it is in stock.
We may set reasonable purchase limits or restrict misuse of promotional offers, subject to applicable law. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate refund or other legally required remedy.
7. Orders and Order Acceptance
After an order is placed, we may send an acknowledgment confirming that we have received it. Receipt of an automated confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has shipped or that fulfillment is guaranteed.
We may contact you to verify order information or resolve issues involving payment, suspected fraud, inventory, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate fulfillment concerns.
Please provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and product selection details. If you notice an error, contact us promptly.
We recommend submitting cancellation or modification requests within 8 hours of placing an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or fulfillment. Any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
8. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment transactions may be processed by Shopify and other authorized payment service providers.
By completing checkout, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay the total amount disclosed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
We may conduct reasonable payment verification and fraud checks. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is declined, reversed, incomplete, unauthorized, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, subject to applicable law.
We do not represent that we store complete payment card details on our own systems. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about payment-related data processing.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping destinations, delivery estimates, shipping charges, processing times, and restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy, relevant product pages, or checkout information.
Delivery timing may vary by product, inventory location, supplier, shipping method, destination, customs processing, carrier operations, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If delivery is affected by incorrect details, contact us so that we can review available solutions in line with applicable law and carrier requirements.
Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, warehouses, or shipping partners. The dispatch location may differ from our business contact address. Please follow the return instructions we provide rather than sending items to the original parcel sender without confirmation.
10. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
Applicable taxes and fees collected by us will be disclosed where required at checkout.
Cross-border purchases may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-specific charges. Responsibility for such amounts will be disclosed at checkout or otherwise determined under applicable law and the delivery terms offered for the order.
Customs inspections and local authority procedures may affect delivery. Contact our support team if you need information about your order, but please note that Onlymypick does not control customs decisions.
11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Our current policy offers a 30-calendar-day return request window after delivery for eligible products, subject to the conditions and category-specific exceptions explained in that policy. Eligible products may be reasonably inspected or tried as specified there.
Certain products may have legally permitted, clearly disclosed exclusions or special conditions. Please review the return policy and relevant product page before ordering.
Do not send a return to a warehouse, sender address, or business contact address unless our support team has provided the relevant instructions. This process does not restrict rights that apply independently under consumer protection law.
12. Product Safety and Use
Please read and follow all applicable product instructions, warnings, age guidance, care instructions, and safety notices.
Do not use a product in a way that is unlawful, unsafe, or materially inconsistent with its intended purpose. If a product appears defective or potentially unsafe, stop using it and contact us for assistance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or reduces any statutory product safety, product liability, or consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
13. Product Inspection, Care, and Modifications
Inspect products reasonably soon after delivery and contact us if anything is damaged, missing, incorrect, or not functioning as described.
Products may be opened and reasonably tried where permitted by our return policy. Excessive use, customer-caused damage, or substantial alterations may affect eligibility for voluntary change-of-mind returns, but not rights that cannot be excluded by law.
For products requiring assembly, setup, or special handling, follow the included instructions and seek appropriate assistance when necessary. No universal installation or compatibility requirements apply across our product range.
14. Product Warranties
Some products may carry a separate manufacturer warranty or an expressly stated limited warranty. Coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures may vary by product and will apply only where such terms are actually offered.
A warranty is not automatically provided merely because a product appears on Onlymypick. Please consult the relevant product description and any accompanying warranty documentation.
Our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy explains how to contact us about product issues, including issues discovered after the initial return period. Statutory warranties, guarantees, and other non-excludable rights remain in effect wherever applicable.
15. Third-Party Tools, Apps, Services, and Links
The Services may connect to third-party payment providers, shipping carriers, parcel-tracking platforms (including 17TRACK where enabled), review services, analytics services, social platforms, apps, or external websites.
Third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control external websites or third-party service availability, but nothing in this section removes responsibilities we retain under applicable law.

16. Reviews, Feedback, and Other User Submissions
You may be able to send us reviews, comments, questions, photos, videos, feedback, and other materials. You are responsible for ensuring that material you submit is lawful and that you have the necessary rights to provide it.
When you voluntarily submit content for publication through a public review or similar feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and reasonably format that content in connection with the feature for which it was submitted, to the extent permitted by law. This does not transfer your ownership of the content.
Content submitted privately for customer support will be used to handle your inquiry and related operations, not automatically licensed for public advertising. We will seek any additional permission required before using identifiable customer photos, videos, or testimonials in separate promotional campaigns.
We may reasonably moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or irrelevant submissions, subject to applicable law.

You may not use our website or Services to:

- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or account information;

Third-party trademarks, manufacturer materials, and creator content remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Access to our website does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.

22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control where such exclusions are legally enforceable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, injury or death caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, defective products where statutory liability applies, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Your remedies for defective, misdescribed, undelivered, or otherwise nonconforming products remain subject to applicable consumer protection law.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, intentional misconduct, or infringement of third-party rights.
This clause does not make consumers responsible for our own unlawful conduct, or remove protections or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Changes generally apply prospectively. The terms applicable when an order was placed will generally govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, any expressly applicable product-specific terms, and any separately offered warranty terms, form the terms governing the Services and relevant purchases to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section overrides disclosures required by law or any separate written agreement that is legally binding.
27. Governing Law
Except where mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rules provide otherwise, these Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This provision does not remove any mandatory legal rights or protections available to customers under the laws of their place of residence.
